How to create a menu in WordPress?
In WordPress, Creating a menu is a straightforward procedure. Here are the steps to create a menu in WordPress.
Step 1: Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
Step 2: Hover over to appearance from the sidebar navigation and click Menus.
Step 3: If you already have a menu and want to create a new one, click create a new menu from the edit menu option. This will take you to step 4.
Step 4: If you are doing this for the first time, Give a name in Menu Name Field and click Create Menu button. You can also choose the display location for your menu from the menu settings.
Step 5: Now select pages, posts, or links from add menu items and click add to menu.
Step 6: Lastly, Click Save Menu to save it.
How to Add a CSS class in the WordPress menu item?

Step 1: Click screen options from the top right corner. This will show a panel with some Screen elements features.
Step 2: From here, checkmark CSS Classes from Show advanced menu properties.
Step 3: Now open any menu items, and you will see CSS Classes (optional) available on each one.
Step 4: Put your CSS Class here and Save Menu.
