Method Two: Manually Export and Import Divi Layouts

If you are not using the latest version of DiviFlash, you won’t have the layout importer available at your disposal. In that case, you need to manually export and import Divi Layouts.

Here are the 6 steps you can follow to export and import Divi Layouts-

Step One: Select and Download the Layout You Like

Before you can import a Divi Layout, you need to choose and download the free layouts that DiviFlash offers. 

Step Two: Extract the File You Downloaded

Go to where you have downloaded the layout and extract the zip file.

Step Three: Log In to WordPress

Log in to your WordPress dashboard, Go to Divi > Divi Library.

Step Four: Open the Divi Portability Window

Find the “Import & Export” button at the top and click it. This will open the Divi Portability window.

Step Five: Choose the Correct File to Import

Click on the “Import” tab and click on the “Choose File” button. Then navigate to the extracted layout folder, where you should see the JSON files of the layout. 

You can either choose specific pages to import, in that case, you will have to import them one by one. Or, you can choose the “All In One” file to import the whole layout at once.

Step Six: Finish Up

Wait for the Divi layout to import, once it finishes it will take you back to the Divi Library where you can see the imported layout.

Now, you have successfully imported the layout you wanted and you will able to edit and customize the layout as you wish.
