Contact Form Database Overview

DiviFlash introduces the Divi Contact Form Database feature in v1.4.10 and above, allowing you to store, manage, and export form submissions made through Divi’s contact forms directly within your WordPress dashboard.

Let’s explore the settings and how to use them effectively.

Enable Contact Form Submission Database

  • Go to WordPress Dashboard → DiviFlash → Settings.
  • Toggle Divi Contact From Database to ON.

Once enabled, a new menu item called “Form Submissions” will appear in the left sidebar. Here, you can access all stored form entries.

Form Submissions Page Interface

Navigate to DiviFlash → Form Submissions to manage form entries easily. This interface provides the following features:

  • Title (Entry ID): A unique identifier for each submission; clicking it shows detailed information.
  • Read: Timestamp when the entry was first viewed.
  • Page Submitted: The page name where the form was submitted.
  • Email: The user-submitted email address.
  • Date Submitted: Exact submission timestamp.
  • Bulk Actions: Update the status or delete multiple entries.
  • Filter: Narrow submissions by month.
  • Search: Quickly find submissions using Entry IDs.
  • Export: Download selected submissions as a CSV file.

Viewing Individual Submission Details

Click on an Entry ID to access detailed information which organized into three clear sections:

Form Submission Details

  • View all submitted form information (name, email, message etc.).
  • Use the “Reply via Email” button to open your default email client.

Additional Submission Information

  • Page Submitted: URL of the page containing the form.
  • Date Submitted: The exact timestamp when the form was submitted.
  • Read Date: Timestamp when the entry was first viewed.
  • Contact Form Unique ID: Reference ID for the form.

Publish Options

Manage individual entries with standard WordPress controls:

  • Update: Edit submission status, visibility, or submission date.
  • Delete: Remove unwanted form submissions.

With Divi Contact Form Database, you can seamlessly store, manage, and respond to form entries directly from your WordPress dashboard, making it easier to track and handle form submissions efficiently.

Disable Contact Form Submission Database

  • Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → DiviFlash → Settings.
  • Toggle Divi Contact From Database to OFF.
